Spirit Guides....A Daily Guide

Are Spirit Guides helping each of us in our daily lives to do the right thing? Are there more than one Spirit Guide for each individual? Are there "not so good" Spirit Guides and is this why some people do very bad things to others on a constant basis? These are questions that I think about and really don't have any answers to. It could be a persons sub-conscious actions inherent to them or a "Spirit Guide". Any knowledgeable advice that would help answer any one of these questions would be helpful......
