Carrie Prejean's Lawsuit Ended by Sex Tape

Earlier this week, former Miss California Carrie Prejean and the Miss California pageant ended their differences, settling their respective lawsuits. What's most interesting, however, is why Prejean agreed to settling: a sex tape showing the family values former Miss C. in compromising positions.

Blasting has started on Coal River Mountain, adjacent to the Brushy Fork impoundment, which contains 8.2 billion gallons of toxic coal sludge Massey Energy is turning a potential wind farm that local residents have rallied around into a mountaintop removal wasteland. This blasting must stop immediately. Coal River Mountain could be the highest mountain ever brought down by mountaintop removal, and it would mean the destruction of over 6,600 acres of pristine Appalachian wilderness and the burial of more than 9 miles of streams via 18 valley fills.

This is an excellent area for a wind-powered energy system, which would stimulate the local economy instead of destroying it...
